Babar Azam and Usman Shinwari’s names have been added to the honour board recently installed at the National Stadium Karachi after their scintillating performances with the bat and ball respectively in the second ODI against Sri Lanka on Monday.
Azam scored the match’s only century, a 115-run knock that helped Pakistan a total in excess of 300 runs.
Shinwari starred in the match’s second innings, picking up five wickets to break the Sri Lankan batting line-up’s back.
The Pakistan Cricket Board installed the board at the National Stadium prior to the Sri Lanka series.
The index has the names of all the local and foreign players who have achieved major feats at the venue.
