I started working when I was not even 18 years old and ALHAMDULLILAH I
am proud of it. What I am today is due to the believe of my parents on myself.
I myself wanted to achieve a respectable position so my parents should be proud parents.
I started my career with teaching in schools for about a year. After which I wanted to work in office like my father, so I did travel agency course and joined a travel agency where I raised from office to Domestic In charge in a period of 2 years.
In 2002 my father died suddenly so I left my job to take care of my family. But can’t sit for too long as I need to look after my family. I again started and joined a food chain where I worked for two years. I got an offer from bank then finally started my banking career. I worked in different banks for a period of over 6 years finally left upon my marriage.
A new turnaround in my as marriage life as I passed a phase of initial two years with 2 miscarriages but thanks to Almighty and my husband’s support I am now supermom of 2 handsome kids. Side by side I started my online clothing business as I can’t sit without work. Saby.j is my brand name and got it established by working from home in the year 2014. This is very close to my heart as it gives me my identity and space for creativity.
Another twist happened in my life and around 2 years back I was identified with a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM). No option for treatment was available other than surgery that was life threatening. But thanks to Almighty Allah a 12 hours operation with complete loss of blood, 2 days on ventilator, a week in ICU and 2 months in hospital bed. I fought back again for my kids and family.
Here I am Sabeen Ali Jafri owns an online clothing business and a community lead of #womenties
#wcrc to empower women.
I realized that it is very difficult for women who want to do something or start their own career. So, I started this community with the basic purpose of women helping women in establishing their own
I am peoples persons and I love to hear from them, help them and motivate them, its impossible to avoid those horrible-no-good-very-bad days into words and in speech (I am a part time motivational speaker as well).
A near death experience changed my perspective of life. I developed a deep sense of gratitude for life as well as feeling more love and compassion towards others (Specially for differently able persons), a sort of psychological boost where i feel i can achieve anything. It is as if the near to death experienced gives me a large amount of unshakeable confidence.
Experienced an incredible change in my attitude, not only toward my own life but toward the lives of others as well then i started giving motivational sessions & WomentiesWCRC.
