Mansha BUM, involved in taking over properties, suddenly showed up at court and presented himself for arrest.
Mansha BUM and his sons allegedly have taken over several properties in Johar Town. With reference to the latter, a citizen of Pakistan submitted an appeal in the Supreme Court which triggered the 70 pending cases on Mansha BUM and sons.
Chief Justice Pakistan ordered for the immediate arrest of Mansha BUM. On the 4th of October, son of Mansha BUM, Faisal Mansha was stopped at the police checkpoint, but he escaped.
According to sources, Mansha showed up at the courts and appealed to meet up with the chief justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar.
The victim has stated that he has been wrongly accused and demands justice. He confessed that his property is inherited by his own father, and his son has been a candidate for Chairman from Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf, after which they were made target to fake cases by former CM, Shehbaz Sharif.
