The Aadat vocalist has not only taken Pakistani music to new heights but lent his voice to many Bollywood songs as well, making the country proud. So much so that every Bollywood bigwig wants his voice in one of the songs of their films.
However, after this year’s Pulwama attack an unofficial ban on Pakistani artists was imposed. Contrary to the expectations, the actors says the ban didn’t really affect his music or career in any way.
The Yakeen singer also opened up about the ban on Pakistani artists by the Indian government. Has the restrain from working across the border impacted his life and income of the singer?
Aslam responded, saying that the concerts, and not the Indian film industry have been a major source of income for him.
The singer added that he has recently came back from a concert in Nairobi and that his concerts are still being held.
“Now, I plan to go to Mauritius, hence the ban did not impact much me or my income,” Aslam went on.
