The United States President Donald Trump has said Pakistan is doing nothing fight extremism and militancy.
He urged other countries to assume the battle against extremists.
The U.S. is seeking an accord with the Afghan Taliban to end the 18 years of war in Afghanistan.
Trump criticised Pakistan after he hailed Pakistan in advancing peace talks with the Afghan Taliban.
He said, the United States has been doubtful for years about Pakistan’s wholehearted commitment to the US-led war on terrorism.
He said, Pakistan does not do a damn thing despite receiving more than a billion dollars in aid a year.
He said, Russia, Afghanistan and other countries that have the issues of religious extremism and militancy will have to fight their battles, adding, Pakistan is fighting nothing.
He said, the United States wiped out the caliphate, Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
He said, the U.S. captured hundreds of ISIS fighters, adding, Germany and France have no choice but to take action against them.
Trump also warned Afghanistan would be wiped off the face of the earth.
