He was accused of killing four people including his wife and her paramour.
A local court in Sargodha had announced death sentence for the accused.
The High Court had upheld the death sentence.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Manzoor Ahmed Malik hearing the appeal by Ahsaan Allah at the Supreme Court Lahore Registry exonerated him due to lack of proof and evidence against him.
The Prosecution argued the accused killed four people including his wife in a fit of anger and admitted his crime.
The lawyer for the accused said, the prosecution failed to present the proof and evidence against accused Ahsaan Allah.
The court freed the accused after hearing the arguments.
