Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to China has failed miserably because Chinese President Xi Jinping has formed a high-level group to deal with the Indian deficit.
According to foreign media, Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a meeting in India to form a high-level group to deal with the Indian deficit.
An Indian diplomat said that President Xi Jinping and Narendra Modi agreed in the meeting that steps would be taken to prevent India’s uncontrollable trade deficit and a high level group would be formed.
According to the report, the Chinese president met Modi for about six hours long, which is the second part of the annual meeting, and aims to end between two countries decades of mistrust between trade, border affairs and China’s close relations with Pakistan.
Pakistan strongly condemned India’s move and raised the issue at the global level for which China had the support to Pakistan and China announces support for Pakistan’s stand, expresses displeasure over occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Indian Secretary of State Vijay Gokhale said that the case of occupied Jammu and Kashmir between the Chinese President and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not resolved and only trade and investment were settled in this meeting.
