Moscow has been named as one of the worst world capitals for traffic jams in 2018.
Moscow residents reached an average speed of around 18 kilometers per hour due to long traffic queues, said a study.
In traffic jams Moscow came on top in comparison with other global cities renowned for traffic congestion.
Los Angeles, California, Istanbul, Mexico City, Bogota, and Sao Paulo are other cities facing with the same problem.
Moscow’s transportation department rejected the study.
They said that the analytical method of the study was unclear.
Other Russian cities in the ranking are St. Petersburg (9th place), Rostov-on-Don (33rd) and Nizhny Novgorod (39th).
