Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has given a call for the freedom of judiciary.
According to Khouj News sources, the prime minister said, Pakistan Muslim League (N) lawyers and party leaders should come on the roads for the independence of judiciary.
He said, indifference to save judiciary will cause a great loss to the nation and the country.
The former prime minister said, all the senior PML-N leadership must become voice of the people against the rising inflation.
He said, those PML-N leaders who are not coming on the roads, he is in jail because of them.
PML-N leaders met Nawaz Sharif in Kot Lakhpat jail.
Those who met former prime minister are Pervez Rasheed, Rafiq Rajwana, Atta Ullah Tarar, Rana Sana Ulla, Mirza Javed and Ghulam Mustafa.
He said, they respect the judiciary. He said, they played a role to save judiciary and advised PML-N leaders to get united and express solidarity with the judiciary.
Nawaz Sharif had said in a meeting with party leaders on May 23, disloyal party leaders have no place in the party.
He said, those who change party will not be take back in the party and advised leaders to restructure the party.
He said, the root of the problem for the Imran Khan government was these turncoats.
He said, sincere and old party members should be given preference for party positions and merit should be kept in mind.
Pakistan Muslim League (N) leaders met Nawaz Sharif at Kot Lakh Pat jail in the current year on May 16.
