Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said India should share solid evidence of Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) chief Maulana Masood Azhar’s involvement in the Pulwama attack.
In an interview with CNN on the ongoing tensions between Pakistan and India, he said, if there is solid evidence they can convince the judiciary and the people to take action against Jaish-e-Muhammad.
He said, his message to the Indians is that this is a new government that has a new mindset.
He said, Pakistan wants peace and have a people-centric agenda.
He said, we want to see peace and reconciliation in Pakistan and the region but the western front is consuming them.
When asked if Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Maulana Masood Azhar was
in Pakistan and would the government go after him, Qureshi replied he is in
Pakistan and is quite unwell to the extent that he cannot leave his house.
