Russia’s two biggest cities Moscow and St. Petersburg have been named the two most dangerous cities in Europe, according to a report.
Mercer said in its 2019 report, it considers factors such as political, social environment and recreation while making comparison of Quality of Living in Cities.
As per political, social and recreation environment data analyzed between September and November 2018, Moscow was placed 167th and St. Petersburg 174th out of 231 cities worldwide.
The most livable and safest cities are Luxembourg, Vienna, Zurich, Auckland, Munich and Vancouver, the report said.
