A U.N. official said that Arab countries need to improve their education system and re-define it as per the requirement in the region because of the technological advancement.
Hany Torky said youth population was larger than the adult population in the Arab countries and they are growing with technology in their hands.
Only a few Arab countries have shown educational improvement with the United Arab Emirates taking the lead because of its more spending on education. According to Global Knowledge Index, UAE was placed 19 out of 134 countries in education standard.
He emphasized on improving social and communication skills with the help of better teachers who could make them help develop a more progressive and advanced society with a more tolerant approach without getting radicalized.
