Five Sudanese demonstrators were shot dead on Monday during a rally triggering calls to suspend talks between the generals and the protestors.
Five protesters including four students were killed in Al Obeid, capital of North Kordofan state.
The nationwide protest movement led to the April ouster of longtime leader Omar al-Bashir.
The Sudanese Professionals Association said, citizens and medics go to the emergency ward of the hospital and other hospitals where the injured school students are being treated.
The Sudanese Professionals Association said, the protest was organized against shortage of bread.
