They have not commented on their relationship status.
Reports appeared just days after Foxx was spotted with singer Sela Vave outside of a nightclub in West Hollywood.
The celeb duo continued to fuel romance speculation with sightings in Miami, New York City and Los Angeles.
Holmes was married to Tom Cruise before Foxx.
She has a daughter Suri Cruise, 13.
